- Providing a reliable, single point of contact between the owner, A/E and contractor;
- Expediting permitting, regulatory and entitlement issues;
- Providing detailed planning to minimize changes in the work;
- Resolving issues quickly to avoid costly delays;
- Making timely and informed decisions;

How does DSA advocate for me?
DSA works exclusively in your interests to do what is best for you, within your budget, and on your schedule. DSA is your agent and does not participate in financial relationships with architect, GC or other consultants avoiding any conflict of interest. This positions DSA to offer clear guidance and advice regarding:
- Definition of project objectives, scope, quality and cost
- Cash management
- Purchasing and contracting decisions
- Scheduling of activities and resources
- Avoidance of delays, changes and disputes
Can I afford a PM?
Cost and operational losses resulting from a mis-managed project are far greater than the fees paid to a competent PM. The smallest overlooked detail or misinformed decision can result in wasted time, money and resources. DSA plans, directs and controls each project - anticipating and avoiding common problems throughout the job and responding effectively to issues as they arise. DSA applies the necessary resources and follows through to get things done in a timely manner. DSA’s knowledge, experience and hands-on management are the best investment you can make in your project.

When is the appropriate time to bring DSA into the project?
The earlier, the better! DSA’s guidance is invaluable during the formative stages of a project when the opportunities to define objectives, scope and cost are greatest and before substantial costs are incurred in the field. As the project progresses, DSA ensures that objectives are met and that there are no unpleasant surprises.
How does DSA charge for services?
DSA is a fee-for-service consulting firm. The client pays only for our project management expertise; DSA does not sell any products and does not earn any revenue from other consultants or contractor agreements.
DSA proposes a fixed fee for a negotiated scope of services based upon your specific needs. Services and fees are clearly detailed in a written proposal prior to beginning work. Once engaged, DSA bills against this fee on a monthly basis.
